IEEE OnlineGreenComm 2014 Paper Submission Instructions

All manuscripts should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (minimum 10-point font) including figures, without incurring additional overlength page charges. Two additional overlength pages are allowed with a charge of USD$50 per page, if accepted. Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted at EDAS. If you are submitting a demo, the maximum paper length is two (2).
 
Standard IEEE conference templates for LaTeX and Word formats (A4,US letter) are found at here: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. If Word template is chosen, the authors should transform the word file into a pdf format file. Only PDF files will be accepted, and all submissions must be done through EDAS at http://edas.info/N17827. We recommend to use the IEEE PDF eXpress service to check that your manuscript is compliant to IEEE Xplore before uploading it to EDAS. Note that the demo manuscripts will not be a formal publication to be published in IEEE Xplore®). Please, follow the instructions here.

PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE Online Conference on Green Communications Proceedings and IEEE Xplore® and EI-indexed:
  • An author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented online at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE Online Conference on Green Communications Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore;
  • The authors must sign the copyright form using the IEEE eCF procedure through the EDAS paper page.

We are pleased to announce that this year's conference will be pre-recorded. This means presenters will be free to discuss their presentation's materials with viewers during the session. Pre-recorded sessions also allow for higher quality audio and video along with the opportunity for a more creative and engaging presentation. Please, follow the instructions in http://www.ieee-onlinegreencomm.org/video.html for assistance in the preparation of your video.

The deadline for the camera-ready version of your paper is due to September 30, 2014, and for demo submissions is due to Oct 10, 2014. The delivery of the video (both demo and regular submission) is due to Oct 10, 2014.
